Dr Ben Darlow (Specialist Physiotherapist) is continuing to see patients via telehealth during the lockdown. Videoconferencing is preferred but telephone follow-up consultations can be arranged if you do not have access to a device/internet. Videoconferencing only requires a device with a camera and microphone (e.g. computer with webcam, tablet/iPad, smart phone); no special software is needed.

Telehealth consultations can be very effective and still include aspects of physical examination. Any specific examination techniques that cannot be achieved via telehealth will be returned to when back in the clinic.

All existing appointments will be kept (unless you let us know otherwise) and existing referrals remain valid. As always, people wishing to see Dr Darlow require a referral from a health professional (including ACC details).
